Matthew Manche

Matthew Manche, a native of Gainesville, FL, has been a resident of Louisville for the past several years. He and his family have become deeply involved in the community and consider Louisville their home.

“Living in Louisville gives you the advantages of a big city environment, but with the feel and friendliness of living in a small town”.

After graduating from the University of Florida, with a BA in Business Administration, Matthew and his wife moved to New Zealand for two years where he worked as a Web Applications Developer. The experience of living and working overseas helped to broaden his understanding of people and of different cultures.

After extensive travels, Matthew and his wife returned home to the United States to begin a new phase of life. After weighing several options of cities across the country, they choose Louisville because of its unique characteristics and its low cost of living.

Matthew’s involvement in Real Estate began while working with Opia Properties on upgrading and expanding their IT systems. Because of his array of knowledge and sincere kindness, he was approached about becoming licensed and joining the Opia team. This opportunity allowed him to continue to use his technology skills within Real Estate and to add the personal side of meeting and getting to know new clients.
